Step 3: Fee Disclosure

All applicable fees are clearly explained, including:

• Notary service fees

• Travel fees

• After-hours, weekend, or rush service fees (if applicable)

No services are scheduled without full fee disclosure and approval.

Step 4: Appointment

Scheduling

Once confirmed, your notarization appointment is scheduled based on availability and location.

Step 5: Mobile Service (If Applicable)

For mobile appointments, a Collection Specialist will travel to your location at the scheduled time to complete the notarization professionally and securely.
